Service Call Invoice is a simple tool for writing estimates and invoices. The short version of this policy: your information stays on your device. We don't collect it, we can't see it, and we never sell it.

What the app stores, and where

Everything you enter — your business name and logo, your rates, your clients, and the estimates and invoices you create — is saved only in your web browser's local storage on the phone or computer you're using. It is not sent to us or to any server we run. There is no account, no login, and no cloud copy.

Because of this, if you clear your browser data or switch devices, that information is gone unless you used the app's Backup button to save a copy yourself. Restoring a backup is also done entirely on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Service Call Invoice has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and no user accounts. We do not know who you are or what you invoice.

Sharing and PDFs

When you tap Share or Download, the PDF is created on your device. Where it goes after that (a text message, an email, your files) is up to you and the app you share it with. Nothing is uploaded to us.

Payment links you add

You can optionally add your own payment link (for example a Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo link) so it appears on your invoices. That link is just text stored on your device and printed on the PDF. We have no connection to those services and never see any payment activity.

Third-party code the app loads

To work, the app loads a few standard open-source libraries from public content delivery networks (Tailwind CSS, jsPDF, and QRCode.js). When your device fetches those files, those networks may see your IP address in the same way any website visit does. They do not receive anything you type into the app.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and page requests) to run the service. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Paid upgrade (when available)

If a paid version is offered in the future, payment would be handled by a payment processor such as Stripe or Google Play. They handle your card details under their own privacy policies; we would never see your card number.

Children

Service Call Invoice is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
